Below I have provided vital information to help run a smooth business with all of the recent changes and while still in a pandemic. Please take the time to read incase you have any questions about my policies.
Due to high demand and very limited hours, prices will increase in October.
All bookings must be completed online
If there's no available appointments, that means I am fully booked. I'll open the books on the 26th each month for the following month. Deposits are required
Not that long ago I moved to a home based salon after having a baby. For security reasons, the location will be given 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you're uncomfortable coming to my home, its understandable. Please stay tune for when I move back in a salon environment.
I am located in the Richardson/Garland, Texas 75044 Area
You will have the option to reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you're unable to do it online, most likely its because you're within the 24 hour window.
15+ minutes late, we will have to reschedule ... last minute cancellation policy still applies.
NO CALL | NO SHOW
no call/no shows are not tolerated. Please respect my time and business, otherwise you will be charged 100% service cost and will not be able to rebook.
Sometimes appointment can run longer than expected, please allow ample time for completion.
